CITY OF BERKELEY – NEW MUNICIPAL CENTER
KWAME was construction manager for this new multi-million dollar project in Berkeley, Missouri, which included the construction of a new city hall and fire station. Construction began simultaneously on the two-story, 29,500-square-foot city hall and the 17,200-square-foot fire station.
KWAME’s primary role was Construction Manager for the pre-construction and construction of the new City Hall and the new Fire Station in North Saint Louis County.
